User Agreement

Effective Date: January 29, 2026

1. Applicability

These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of services and organisation of events by nomoreflights in Greece. By using our services or participating in any event, you confirm that you have reviewed, understood, and accepted these Terms in full. If you disagree with any provision, you must discontinue use of the services immediately.

2. Reservation Process

Event bookings are completed in accordance with the following procedure:

  • Reservation requests are submitted via telephone or email
  • A booking is considered confirmed once a deposit of 30% of the selected package price has been received
  • To ensure availability, reservations should be made no later than 14 days prior to the event date
  • The remaining balance must be paid at least 3 days before the scheduled event

3. Cancellations and Modifications

The rules below apply to cancellations and requested changes:

  • Cancellations submitted more than 14 days before the event are eligible for a full refund of the deposit
  • Cancellations made 7–14 days prior to the event qualify for a 50% deposit refund
  • Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable
  • Requests to reschedule an event may be considered, subject to availability and agreement with nomoreflights

4. Participation Rules

All participants are required to comply with the following guidelines during events:

  • All games and activities are provided strictly for entertainment purposes
  • No real currency is used; all chips, tokens, or materials have no monetary value
  • In the event of any dispute, decisions made by dealers or event staff are final
  • Respectful and courteous conduct toward staff and other guests is mandatory

nomoreflights reserves the right to deny access or remove any participant who fails to comply with these rules.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, nomoreflights shall not be held responsible for:

  • Loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings not directly overseen by event staff
  • Outcomes arising from unsafe, improper, or disruptive behaviour by participants
  • Delays, disruptions, or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including force majeure events

6. Personal Data Handling

Any personal information collected is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR. Detailed information regarding data usage and individual rights is available in the Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All website content, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, visual materials, and software, is owned by nomoreflights or its licensors and protected under international copyright and intellectual property legislation. Any unauthorised use, copying, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

8. Amendments and Governing Law

nomoreflights reserves the right to revise or amend these Terms at any time. Updates take effect immediately upon publication on the website.

Any matters not explicitly addressed in this Agreement are governed by the laws of Greece.
