Good reasons to write

Write to us if you have a correction to a hotel entry, a hotel to suggest for one of the four categories, a question about how the index works, or a privacy request about data we may hold. For corrections, please include the hotel name and the sentence you think is wrong.

What we can't help with

We can't book rooms, check availability, quote rates or contact a hotel for you. We have no partnership with any property listed. For reservations, cancellations or questions about a stay, contact the hotel directly through its own channels.

Replies

We read every message. Corrections get priority. Suggestions are kept and reviewed when the index is next revised, and we may not reply to each one individually.
